A lot of people were hoping for a lot of things from GTA V and it looks like Rockstar wants to deliver as much as possible.
Once San Andreas/Los Santos was announced at the locale, a lot of people were hoping to rep the Grove once again and judging by the colors worn by Franklin players will be living in gangsta paradise again. Like CJ, he appears to want more then the thug life and we’ll probably get a nice rags to riches story out of it.
Michael seems to be geared towards people who liked the classic GTA protagonists. He’s basically a retired version of Tommy Vercetti or Toni Cipriani who appears tired with his stale family life (I’m getting an American Beauty vibe from him) and wanting to get back into his old life of exciting heists. It has to be a midlife crisis thing, he’s rich.
Trevor is my favorite so far. For those who wanted something new from GTA he’s a character like we’ve never seen as a protagonist. Sure, eccentric, hellraising idiots are all over the place in GTA games but they’re always side characters getting the protagonist in trouble. It’s gonna be really nice to let cut loose and have it remain within the protagonist’s character. It’s clear this guy gives no fucks.
Definitely check these out. Good lord am I hyped.
